The Eco Warriors

The Eco Warriors are ACG School Jakarta’s environmental action group. Their aim is to raise awareness of environmental issues both within and outside of the school community. They have grown an assortment of vegetables, fruit and herbs organically in our rooftop gardens, with the aim being to provide the canteen with ingredients. Each year level has their own representative with responsibilities. One of the big events that they joined in with this academic year was the Jakarta Clean Up Day. The Eco Warriors managed to enthuse students, parents and staff to join them in cleaning up a designated area around the school. They also have been successful raising the awareness for recycling our used paper and plastic and working together with Armanda Kemasan to process them.
