ACG Orcas First Swimming Event for 2018

The ACG School Jakarta Orcas Compete at First Swimming Event for 2018

On Saturday, 3 December, the ACG School Jakarta Orcas Swim Team competed in the first swimming event of the season at AIS. This year, the Orcas have their biggest team ever, with twenty five swimmers from Years 3 – 12. Twenty four of those swimmers participated in the recent swimming event and ACG had the largest team in attendance.

It was a great day and the ACG School Jakarta Orcas should be proud of their efforts. There were numerous heat winners and even more overall winners in all age groups and events.

The most notable achievements from the ACG School Jakarta Orcas;

Oliver – 1st place overall in all of his events! (25m flutter kick, 25m Breast kick)
Clare – 1st place overall in all of her events! (25m Freestyle, 25m Breaststroke, 25m Backstroke, 25m Butterfly)
Aiman – 1st place overall in all his events! (50m Freestyle, 50m Breaststroke, 50m Butterfly)

As always, the parents and family members were tremendous in their support and it made for a great atmosphere in the ACG School Jakarta supporters section.

The ACG School Jakarta Orcas will look to continue their success in the new year with several key swimming events scheduled in late February and beyond.
